   • Each piece is hand-sewn to order. The standard processing time is 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the item and current line up of orders.
   • Custom orders or items requiring special materials may take longer. We will provide an estimated shipping date when you place your order.

2. Shipping Methods:

   • Standard Shipping:
     • Delivery within Norway 5-10 business days after processing.
     • International delivery typically takes within Europe, 10-21 business days.
   • Express Shipping:
     • Expedited delivery options are available upon request. Delivery within Norway 2-5 business days after processing.
     • International express shipping typically takes  5-10 business days withing EU.

3. Shipping Costs:

   • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.
   • Free standard shipping is available on orders over 5000 nok.
   • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international shipments.

4. Packaging:

   • Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
   • For gift orders, we offer special packaging options. Please select this at checkout or contact us for custom requests.

5. Tracking:

   • All orders come with tracking, which will be provided once your package has shipped. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website or directly from your account on our website.

6. Delivery Issues:

   • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@mimirs-saum.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
   • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

7. International Shipping:

   • We ship worldwide. Please be aware that delivery times can vary based on customs processing times in your country.
   • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local government.

8. Local Pickup:

   • If you are located near our workshop, local pickup is available. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time.
