Mimirs Saum is a handsewn historical clothing shop created by a history loving seamstress, who's trying to connect the golden thread of the past to the present.
Mimir the rememberer, the wise one. A figure in norse mythology, the watcher of the well of wisdom. Beheaded by the Vanir gods during the Æsir-Vanir war. Through magic Odin revives the head, and to him it recites knowledge from near and far, as well as council.
As in mythology, as in the world of living. By the whispers of traces from a bygone era, we too gain knowledge to create the apparel of our forefathers and want to share that with you.
